Our pelvic floor is an integral part of our core!  Making sure all of the other players of our 'core' are working well together is imperative in resolving any pelvic floor issue.

Exercising with an abdominal separation can be confusing - you don't want to make it worse but you want to work out enough to make a difference.  I can help guide with this!

Dry Needling

Dry needling can help with both pelvic tension/pain and weakness depending on how it is implemented!  It helps improve the communication with the nerve between the brain and the muscle involved to help resolve the dysfunction.  

Myofascial Release and Soft Tissue Mobilization

We can develop adhesions from long term tension holding, prior surgeries, or scars,   This can affect not only how our muscles work but our organs as well!  Myofascial release helps improve mobility and function between all of these areas.

Body Mechanics Adjustments

HOW we are doing things can be just as important as what we do.  Changing minor parts of our technique with running or double-unders can make a big impact on our leaking with exercise.  Making a few changes to our toileting techniques can make a big impact on our constipation symptoms.
