Pain
Dry Needling
Dry needling can help with both pelvic tension/pain and weakness depending on how it is implemented! It helps improve the communication with the nerve between the brain and the muscle involved to help resolve the dysfunction.
Myofascial Release
John Barnes trained
Fascia is a layer of connective tissue that surrounds everything in our body including all of our muscles, organs, and nerves. These areas can become restricted but they don’t respond to what we consider ‘traditional stretches’. Releasing these areas can sometimes be the only way we can find relief from pain. Myofascial release is a gentle way to help restore mobility and improve or eliminate pain.
